Transportation Notice for Attendees

As you prepare to join us for an unforgettable experience, please note the following important information regarding transportation:

Airport Transfers:
We would like to inform all attendees that there will be no transportation provided by the event from the airport to the hotel and back. We recommend using available taxis or Uber services for your convenience.

Event Transportation Schedule:
We are pleased to offer scheduled transportation for various activities during the event. Please refer to the transportation schedule below for details:

• Thursday: No transportation will be provided by the event.
• Friday: Buses from Senator Hotel to Anfiteatro de Puerto Plata will circulate approximately every 20-25 minutes, starting at 6:15 PM.
• Sunday: Buses from Senator Hotel to Jardines del Gran Teatro Regional del Cibao will be available for those who have registered online. Please note that online registration for Sunday transport is now closed. Departure is at 3:00 PM sharp.
